Honest good service, good prices
I had just came from the Firestone in Boardman, they had told me the Transfer Case on my Equinox wasn't looking too good (to put it lightly) and it was going to cost me about $4,000 with all the repairs That it was drivable but that they couldn't guarantee for how long. I had wanted to get a second opinion since I couldn't afford the $4k, After leaving the parking lot in Boardman right away my car sounded WAY worse than it did when I came in... I ended up breaking down about 15 miles from the shop (leaking fluid and burning). My Ins covered a tow within 10 miles to this Firestone on Belmont. When the car arrived here, and I told them that it was most likely the transfer case, the one Mechanic told me that it could possibly be covered under warranty! I was so elated at this prospect! No one at the Boardman Firestone told me that. In fact when I called later to tell them they said they would have looked when they started working on it... this was days after they told me it was going to cost be $4k and I had already moved the vehicle two places. I was so elated that this firestone was honest about what was going on and what could be covered by the manufacturer. I would have been in serious debt if it wasn't for them.
They changed my oil. Excellent job and the price was the best in the area. Staff is great, very nice people.
Came in today on a Sunday and was in and out in about 2 hours with new brakes, hub & bearing and new wheel bearing. Rob at the desk and the guys in the building are friendly and take the time to get the job done right the first time. They seem genuine and care about getting their customers back out on the road safely. Check this place out because they will go above and beyond to help you.
I used to live in Pa and I would drive all the way here just for my oil change because I never have any issues and they are very nice and I still pass every Firestone and come here
