I've rented from all over the country for my company. These guys are hands down the easiest to deal with and most affordable. Robin has been incredibly helpful. I need furniture right away and they next day'd it. Furniture is new and clean.
Reading through Josh Hoard's review, I think it's safe to say he's a former employee who likely was let go and came here to leave petty remarks. Learn to take it on the chin and move on. Anyway, I've been to this location and can say the staff I've dealt with was pleasant, professional, and very personable. Great people. Female manager is tremendous help and very pleasant to deal with.
I do regular business with Rent One because I stage homes for sale. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate me. They have exchanged pieces for me that didn’t quite fit the decor and returned pieces that were too large to fit entry ways at no additional cost. I have also checked out two of their competitors but I always seem to end up renting from Rent One. I would definitely recommend them.
