Was there for a business luncheon with a lot of paperwork being filed and shuffled around. Staff was very attentive and food was excellent
Had a problem with a coupon code the manager took care of it. The server was nice. I forgot to ask for something to be taken off my food. And they were you made it anyway.
The cushions are in dire need of being replaced. My mother whose only a little over 5 foot in elderly sunk down really far in the one cushion. Unfortunately most of their booths are like that and it's not a isolated situation. The staff at Perkins are wonderful in Austintown but the place is in dire need of remodeling.
I loved it here! The staff were perfectly polite and efficient while we were dining there, and the food was delicious! We didn't try the dessert, but I'm sure that would have been delectable too, had we had the room in our stomachs for it. X3
Overall a great restaurant to go to and enjoy a wonderful meal! :-D
They have a veterans discount. Food was great. Service was great.
