Nice to see the same helpful & friendly faces in management. Like the full service & wide selection of name brands. Used service desk today with usual no snags, efficient results. Price points are high. They have some pretty good sales @ week. Clean & bright store.
Giant Eaglr has the freshest Produce in Youngstown area. I love there fruit.
Also make sure the price matched up at the register, because nobody is a fool that's shopping there.
It is a nice store, but this store deceiving customers. For example, when you see the price tag, it's not really the price they ring you out. It happens to me so many times. Normally is twice as much compare what they marked on the price tag. One time I bought 2 pineapples, at the entrance then marked for $1.99 a piece but when I check it out was $3.99 on my bill each. I called a "manager," his answer was mistakes happens every day... really? That was so unacceptable. The customer behind me told me if they make a mistake you should have get the item for free that's their policy. I told the so-called "manager" I don't want anything for free I just don't want to get ripped off. They did adjust my pineapple to $1.99 a piece like the price they should be at the first place.
It was great my wife picked up a prescription and I went and did a little bit of shopping and frankly as one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time
I love this store. All the people are nice and always helpful.
My suggestion to Giant Eagle: hire more qualified people to be a manager, because the one was talking to me was very uneducated.
