The hotel was really nice, clean and decently priced. I have two problems with it though. It was very difficult to get to. I actually missed it the first time. It is kind of off the main road with not the best signage. The other thing was the pool was very small. Not a big deal since it was a travel stop but don't think you can play Marco Polo in it. The staff was nice and courteous.

The service was great, I was greeted with a cup of later with limes or a cup of coffee without hesitation as I walked in the door. This place was very clean when I walked into the hotel.. I the room was a great amount of space and the pool was perfect(maybe just a tad bit to warm) and nut all in all I have no complaints epically compared to the sleep in who has dirty or stained linens. So yes the Fairfield inn is a by far the best hotel I have experienced Out of the all the other 10 or so hotels in the area.
Stopped because it was right of the highway. We checked in very late without a reservation and there was no issue with that. We had a clean and well lit room. Also enjoyed the continental breakfast.
The service was extremely slow upon arriving to check in, we had to announce ourselves before we were noticed. To top it off, the mean lady at the front on 09/13 at 5:00 pm was very rude to my son when he asked if she could open the pool and explained how we could only use the pool during the time that we were checked in... would it kill her or hurt the business to let me and a five year old enjoy the pool... if we were an old couple or asked a different EMPLOYEE would we have been granted entry? Who knows I'll never find out because that's the last time this hotel will get business from me and I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen what a sad experience this hotel provides their customers with. Customers are the reason you have a job girl, be humble...
