Nice place! The restaurant has really good food. Didn't care much for the continental breakfast but it's nice that they offer it for free. Rooms were really comfortable and clean. Great value!
While traveling to New York we decided to stop part way and found this motel. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. The staff was great and there is a restaurant attached where we had an excellent meal. The room was very clean and comfortable. Price was good and all in all a very very nice stay. One thing I especially liked is they have fresh coffee in the lobby all the time. In our travels, we have stayed at many different brands of motels and I would definitely rate this one in the top. We. Will be back!
Clean!!!! Excellent staff! Excellent owners! Great restaurant/bar! Very cozy! I highly recommend! This is my 2nd week and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Ever!
Disappointing stay. We chose Quality Inn/Choice Hotels option again last night primarily for their pet friendly policy after previous pleasant experiences during our travels. The staff here in Quality Inn Austintown are quite friendly. This facility lacks an elevator for our second floor room and the building and room design do not have the conveniences, including ice and vending machines on each floor, bedside outlets for phones and personal devices, and adequate signage to readily identify amenities. Most disturbing was the dysfunctional toilet that refused to flush despite use of the plunger provided to the side of the toilet. My wife and I agreed to use the toilet in the first floor hallway. These are not insurmountable problems but we expected more from Quality Inn.
The hotel is nice and clean. It's an average room. Nothing special, but a nice hotel for the price.
